Looking for a true home away from home for your pup? Since 2017, Kritter Keepers Club has been loving and caring for dogs across Marietta, Powder Springs, and nearby communities. As a local, woman, and LGBTQIA-owned business, we know exactly what it's like to look for a place to accept those that are a little different, and we treat every dog like family.
Our experienced, First Aid/CPR-certified team takes the time to learn your pup's unique personality, quirks, and play style— whether they thrive in group play or prefer one-on-one attention. We gladly welcome unaltered dogs up to two years old, offer flexible options for every energy level, and never charge extra for feeding or administering meds. Whether you need trustworthy boarding or daycare, we're here to give your dog the safe, personalized, and compassionate care they deserve!
Kritter Keepers Club features kennels of many sizes to help fit your specific pup! From a gaggle of Chihuahuas to a trio of Great Danes, we can keep them comfy! We have one indoor, climate-controlled playroom and three large outdoor play-yards with ample space to run and play, and real, natural grass to sniff and roll around in!

Kritter Keepers was founded in 2017 by Karen "Kasey" Litt following the passing of her beloved husband, Andy.
Blending years of IT experience with a deep passion for animal rescue, Kasey turned her lifelong love for dogs into her life's work. Over the years, Kasey built more than just a business - she created a close-knit family of employees, clients, and pets. Nothing brought her greater joy than sitting at the front desk, welcoming every dog and owner with her warmth and smile.
Even following a pancreatic cancer diagnosis in 2024, Kasey's dedication to KKC never wavered. After her passing in May 2026, she entrusted the business to long-time managers and sisters-from-different-misters, Kailyn and Jordan. Today, we are proud to honor her memory by carrying forward her passion, care and dedication to the community she loved so much.

Kailyn started at KKC in 2018 and has spent her whole life surrounded by dogs. From the age of nine, she helped her mother with countless fosters of all shapes and sizes, medical needs, and personalities. Animals have always been her passion, and she's dabbled in it all; training, sports, grooming and more! She has 2 cats named Arya and Juno, and 4 dogs who come to play at KKC every day; Ryder, Ramona, Marina, and Minnow!

Jordan spent their youth helping around the neighborhood, watching dogs and feeding the strays before finally convincing their parents to get them their first dog. After lots of hard work and research, they were able to train Buddy to be their first service dog. Now, with a BA in Theatre and Performing Arts, you can often find them singing and dancing around the house (and kennel) with their 4 dogs and 2 snakes; Moose, Freyja, Leia, Hermes, Umbra, and Salem!
Ana has been with KKC since 2023! Part time kennel manager, full time trinket collector. Ana is obsessed with scary movies, drinking coffee, and taking her dog Willow on hikes!
Riley joined the KKC team during the summer of 2025, and is our assistant manager. She has one dog: a Shep-sky named Boba, who she recently adopted from KKC!
Mikey joined the KKC team in the middle of 2026, but started working at a doggy daycare in 2014 where they quickly fell in love with the industry. They started taking their dogs, Cedar, Beau, and Eich, through training classes before becoming a trainer themselves. For the last six years, they have worked as a trainer full time, specializing in anxious, fearful, and reactive dogs. They are helping build up a training program of your pup's dreams!

Sonja stepped into the kennel tech world in Dec. 2025 and officially joined the KKC team in March 2026! She's the proud parent of two sugar gliders, Mimo and Bristol. While she doesn't have any dogs of her own just yet, she looks forward to welcoming a pup or two in the future to learn and grow alongside. Sonja has had a deep passion for animal care since a young age and has always felt right at home working with pets!
